Listed rates may vary depending on boat size,
special anchoring needs, etc. The marina reserves the right to refuse
mooring to any boat that does not meet our standards for docking with us.
Houseboats which are not kept up to TVA & TWRA standards will be refused
docking. Any homemade houseboats desiring to be moored at Waterside Marina
require visual inspection by a dock manager before approval.
All boats moored at Waterside Marina are
required to carry general liability insurance with a minimum coverage of
$300,000. Proof of insurance is required when renting a slip.
We require a security deposit equal to one month's rent in addition to
mooring fees.
